About Tim

Tim Brennan grew up working in his parents’ mom-and-pop restaurant, where his father, Tommy Brennan, a proud Teamster, always told him “treat the little guy like a king, and the big guy like anybody else”—a way of thinking that has guided his life.

A first-generation college graduate, Tim started two of his own businesses, became one of only about 200 lawyers in Pennsylvania certified as a specialist in workmen’s compensation law, and built a career advocating for a better quality of justice for working people.

In 2015, he was elected to Doylestown Borough Council, where he worked to provide more resources for first responders, to improve the quality of life for residents and to prioritize sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Tim successfully represented election boards sued by Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump in 2020, and he helped beat back their attack on facts and our right to vote. In 2022, he ran and won a seat in the PA House.

A proud husband to Trish and father to Tucker, Tim’s running again to bring more resources to Central Bucks and guarantee a better quality of justice for all Pennsylvanians.
